BC246T need help

the button on my BC246T don't work !!! all the numbers and the other don't work just the ON/OFF work

when I plug my scanner into my computer amd try to control it with bctool it don't work too !!!


please help me !!!

it's not the pad lock !!! is not on !!!

Is their a key symbol on the display when you turn it on? If so Hold the function button on the side then hit the display light button. I just locked mine, turned it off then on and it was still locked on the keypad the only buttons that work in the lock mode are the display light and power button.
