I bought the upgraded program or bc535hp. Why can't i get decoded encrypted messages

Nobody sells a program or a BCD536HP that decodes encrypted signals. It is against the law to decode encrypted signals with out the owners consent.

really??? Not to flame you but a bit of background research would tell you that there are no scanners or programs to decode encryption. If there were it would render the use of encryption useless.

Encryption is a reality of scanning today. Many services do not use it and there is lots of activity that can be monitored. My local system is encrypted however by monitoring Fire/ EMS/ Works/ Electricity and specific local users like malls and stores I rarely miss out on calls.

So what is the upgraded program? Never heard of it. Unless you mean Dmr or Provoice.
