Where can I download Free software to program the Uniden Bcd160dn scanner?

Except that doesn't appear to have a working link to the free Uniden programming software.

Hmm. Does it come bundled with the scanner? From what I read there's no RR web import ability with the free Uniden app anyway? My recommendation goes to Proscan. 30 days free
