I used VUP to update the firmware in my 325P2. I don't think Sentinel supports it, at least I couldn't find any reference to it anywhere. The 325P2 doesn't have any HP like features to the best of my knowledge.
I also don't recall any rebanding on the MSP trunk, but it's been literally a couple of decades so my memory may not be clear. I've never tried to manually program a trunk system on any of my scanners since the 780 first came out.

Back to the OP's question. IIRC Zone 5 is rebanded, so you need a rebanded table if you're entering it manually.
The 325P2 is a Sentinel supported scanner. Just download the latest DB into Sentinel and load it into the scanner.
You can edit the favorites to delete what you don't want.
