I looked at the UnidenParts website under BCD436HP accessories and did not see what you are looking for. Still, you may want to contact them as well.

If it's the same part they've used on most of their handhelds over the years, it's BCH396T.

No way to tell if the dimensions are the same from the picture.
One thing I do see is the one in the picture uses an actual machine screw to attach it to the radio housing while the original part was affixed to the 436 using a non-machined screw.
If the dimensions are the same and the hole in the available part is close, one could probably make this one work if you can't find a suitable mic hanger part from a Motorola mic.
Paying attention to the screw length is important so you don't drive it into the radio.
My 436 has a screw that more resembles the typical threads used for holding plastic cases together. Not sure if there is an official name for that type of thread and many are considered self tapping when used in plastics.

I don't think that is what the OP is after. They want the round part that is screwed to the radio if I understood the post correctly.

again, the screw is out of stock on our website, but we have one in the warehouse that we could send out for 2 cents. under part number SSCW803008N
That looks like what they are asking for!!
