BCD436HP firmware differences?

I really think that's really bad policy they tell you to upgrade you do it your radio doesn't work I think they should just ship you a new one take that one so they could figure out why this is happening this is why I am terrified to upgrade sorry I got mad.

This is the first and last time I buy a newly released model of anything. The good thing is I have become very familiar with the menu and functions as I have programmed and reprogrammed the scanner at least 12 times trying to get it to work properly. That being said I love the large display and the menu/functions are relatively easy to navigate and understand. It just needs to receive right!!!!!

Where is the king Mr upman I really would like to hear his store on how is customers feel about this great new product and how they're told sorry we gave you a upgraded sorry your radio doesn't work so take it back where you got it from I think your uniden is going down in the customer satisfaction department.
