UPMan
I just saw your recent BCD536HP Remote Demo. I have a question for those who will be running the 536 in Access Point Mode in our vehicles. I take it the audio can come from either the smart device or the scanner.
1. Can I turn the volume down on the scanner and just adjust the audio output on the device?
2. Can audio be played from both scanner and smart device?
3. Is there much of a lag between scanner and remote (smart device)? Example if question 2 is true and I have audio turned up on both, will there be a slight delay between the two?
In simple terms can I use my external speaker and see realtime on the smart device or will there be a slight delay.
Running in Infrastructure Mode will not be a problem since users will not be away from scanner when running in this mode. It's meant more for those who are away from there home but still want to monitor their scanner.
