BCD325P2/BCD996P2: BCD996P2 Rec Out volume level issues

So I stream to broadcastify with my BCD996P2 and for some reason the volume during my streams keeps changing. It almost sounds like a distorted echo sound in a tunnel. One second it sounds clear stereo sounding and then the volume gets lower and it will start sounding like someones talking in a tunnel during mid radio traffic.
Streaming via REC Out to PC Line In and running FreeScan software. Any ideas what going on?
