BCD996T Philadelphia Region

Anyone do the BCD996T Firmware upgrade that listens to Philadelphia's System? If yes did anyone notice a difference on Philadelphia's A & B or maybe Delaware's NCC System?

I tried the upgrade but my computer wouldn't update my scanner and it won't go back to the original firmware because it is stuck in the update mode. Just curious if someone in the area successfuly did the update and could try my radio so I don't have to send it back to Uniden.

With some help I got the radio working and updated. The update was worth it, I havn't heard any motorboating on Philadelphia's system.
