I wouldn't say I'm worried...I think....but what can you do? That's the problem though-having to send back a unit you just got worked up to purchase and then go through that kind of garbonza. Then you have to worry about shelling out additional money to cover that?!? Like you said, sounds like great support and only a few problems. Besides the cost it's no different than going through mickey D's 100 times and getting a burger with onions you didn't want once!wise871 said:I wouldn't worry about it and go ahead and get the BCT15. How many have been sold, hundreds I would guess. Besides, if you did have a issues, look at the great support you get from Uniden and others. I know most companies like CEI will work with you if you have problems.

Im read that is a wire internal problem...
