BCT15X: BCT15X Power loss

BCT15X loses power momentarily (split second) every minute or so. Scans fine and otherwise works fine. Problem is when "writing to scanner" it does complete due to brief power loss. Tried the reset combo "Hold" "2" and "9" then turning on scanner. Screen says memory reset, but is there a way to do a hard reset of scanner. The scanner is in a rack with three other scanners and others doing fine. Tried switching power supplies with another 15X and still does it.
Any ideas?

Do you see the opening title screen afterwards every time it loses power?

Not when scanning, light just blinks off and then it resumes scanning.
BUT, yes when "writing to scanner" via Proscan the opening boot up screen keeps flashing on and off and eventually download stops.
It makes it through the first few systems then stops. I have attached a pic. When it gets to "Air traffic" system it stops, usually after 20-30 seconds.
