I have an 147xlt Will not let me enter 7 numbers.
155.0625 155.6550 Is it too old?

As an older scanner it was built before 4-digit freqs like 155.0625 were assigned. It should work acceptably by using the closest frequency it is capable of, so if you type in 155.0625 it should revert to 155.065 or 155.060, either should receive the actual frequency.
