I have an original BC 210 scanner, the one with the red LED display. When I turn it back on my channels are stored, but all my lockout & delay settings are erased. Is this normal, or is my unit acting up?

That's normal. But if the frequencies were gone then you might have a dead battery in the back under the red cap. Might be worth while checking it.
