Well I know that I'd never buy anything from Zip Scanners. Their attitude towards customer service is so obcenely jaw-droppingly-hostile that you have to witness it a few times before you realize it isn't meant to actually be hilarious or some kind of deliberate spoof, and that they really are "that way." Been around the block a few times over the years, and I've NEVER seen/heard anything like Zip Scanners' "approach"---check out some comments on YouTube, which, for example, they like to point out are "free videos," yeah, and free advertising and therefore free chance to gain customers/make a favorable impression! You'd swear that their account must have been hacked by a 13 year old judging by their responses. If a business tells you to straight up 'eff off when you walk in the virtual door, why give them your money and take chances on how they seem likely to behave after they've got your money? Don't do it---as they told me themselves, "Take your business elsewhere, we don't need it."
