Bell County EDACS System

Trying to monitor http://www.radioreference.com/modules.php?name=TRSDB&sid=6.
With my BCD396T.
I can't seem to get it to work right.
I've got all frequencies programmed in.
I've tried
EDACS Narrow, Wide and Scat.

Is there a problem with this scanner that prevents it from tracking this system?
I've read that some people have had trouble with this scanner tracking EDACS Systems.
It works fine on my Pro 96 btw.
I like the 396t better for all the TGs I can put in it.
I'm actually leaving to go back home sometime Sunday, prolly in the morning.
Not sure if I will get it worked out in that time, but I just figured I'd post it here and put it out there.

if it works fine on your 96, then you should already know to program the frequencies in correct LCN order, so uh......no telling. maybe a little extra info and someone with a 396 could better elaborate.
