Can anyone tell me how I can hear their trucks.

They have gone to another system. They were analog private
system for years but I can't hear them anymore.

I'd check the SC PSA trunked radio system (which has several tower sites in Berkeley Co) for their comms. Many of the SC Electric Co-ops use that system.
