Big E 2019

Anyone listening to the Big E yet? According to recent Reminder article, "Sapelli (WS Mayor) said the West Springfield and Agawam police departments have also met to go over details, plan work together, and have even synced their radio frequencies for easier communication throughout the fair."

So far I have found traffic where I would have suspected on the COMIRS system:
2439 - MEMA West - ESE and non-ESE traffic
2513 - WMLEC Patch - Mostly traffic detail related comms, looking for a car etc.
2099 - B PTL 1
2289 - LOCPS 10 - Patch to ESE security and PD ops
2287 - LOCPS 9 - Heard some ESE related comms on Sat/Sunday

VTAC13 is also active with ESE Security.

I haven't heard the 8TAC channels In use like last year yet. As I recall one was a Patch to ESE security and another was in use as a 2nd TAC channel by West Spfld Police for fair related comms.

I was there today (Sat sept 21) and they were using 8tac 93 (852.5125) for fd/ems and also 8 call 91 (851.5125) for PD stuff which I heard a search for Lost child both channels were VERY active today I forgot where I saw that they used these channels but it was a few years ago and i kept a bank with the Channels in my scanner for when I go every year.

8 tac 91 is different then 8 call 90.they are also using v tac 11 sync w 8 tac 91.then v tac 13 sync w 8 tac 93.did u hear anything on the uhf 41 or 43 or ct says stocs 1 direct

My bad, both channels were 8 call and I don’t have v tac 11 or 13 in my scanner I’ll have to look it up and put them in for next year I only have the 2 8 calls i mentioned and the West Springfield fire and Pd channels
