I was out at Walmart today and ran into one of the Fire Chief's for the City of Biloxi, and I asked him if they were using analog and he smiled and said no they're digital just like the police. He seem to know what I was talking about because he's aware that all of the other fire agencies in the county were on analog.
I guess because Biloxi has the casinos they have more revenue and so could buy more expensive equipment out the door. He showed me his portable as well, and it was an EDACS® Jaguar 700P.
*sigh*
This just isn't fair..... Of all cities, Biloxi!!! No police, no amr, and no freakin fire....
