Really? Let's look at the facts...

Counties surrounding Cambria:

Indiana - 800 MHz P25 trunked
Westmoreland - 800 MHz P25 trunked
Somerset - soon will be 800 MHz P25 trunked
Bedford - UHF P25
Blair - UHF P25
Centre - 800 MHz P25 trunked
Clearfield - UHF analog

So, it looks like a single Motorola APX P25 800/UHF unit would cover all surrounding counties. Further, it appears two bands and two modes constitute "all over the place". In fact, there is only one that is not using P25, and they are using analog.

I was probably 8 years old. They were all over the place: Dallas on UHF everbody else on low band; LAPD on VHF - no interop at all. This is all documented in my white paper.
