I'm everywhere Focker!
You misunderstood. Lindsay sent a coded message to all moderators to block and put a hex on all those who disagreed with him. :)

I didn’t take APX8000’s message as anything but a tongue in cheek response.

however, I would hope that folks judge my success considering the entire body of works over my career, not just an individual premium subscription payment 😂

I’ve done a lot more over the years than just RR.

I don’t have a commercial pilots license, so technically there will be no flying whatsoever in the furtherance of a business.

Not a difficult rating at all to obtain as long as the 250 flight hours is under your belt, who knows might lead to ATP. The interpretation of compensation is the knife edge.
Good luck! Attitude is altitude.

Doesn't matter what else you've done and nobody cares. Your fate is "the guy that takes it to the bank, one subscription at a time".

Unless you want to be remembered as the guy who bought the double discone. Yea, that will get a lot of respect.

Not!

I've only used the Garmin G1000 (?) in the Sim. Pretty cool stuff. There's a company called RealityXP that makes FS gauges look like the real life counterparts. I loved the SANDEL TAWS. I retrofired my F-22 with it and was able to fly though canyons at night all while avoiding an impact.

I wanted to fly for FedEX or UPS (didn't want to deal with passengers) but the FAR precludes me from flying due to health issues. But if I could fly I'd have a TAWS. Home | Nighthawk Flight Systems, Inc.

Operate just like the real life counterparts. Reality XP - Home

Thanks to the Sim I practically know everything about a 737NG. I'm almost willing to bet I could jump into a full fledged Sim available in Vegas and takeoff, fly and land a 737NG.

I'll bookmark your HEX ID on the dedicated ADS-B Exchange computer here. I monitor air traffic 24/7.

Like IBM stuff? I saw the other forum many years ago.

Ooh, sorry to hear that. It would have made a nice front yard ornament for your new place. The neighbors would have loved it.

I didn't either, but after the "nosey nellies" comment, I hated to see this thread devolve the way the last thread about your business address did.

Jokes are funny, but there are some people that aren't (not speaking about @APX8000 ).

No one took @KevinC seriously when he added "the friendly moderator" under his username either...I guess I have to change mine to "the Big D" now....🤔

Hi Lindsay,

How do you like the Tecnam? I've seen some of their high-wing twins being flown by commuter airlines, like Cape Air out of St. Louis.

All of my hours are in Cessnas, mostly 172's, but haven't flown in several years now.

Greg

The new airborne spectrum monitoring command post is operational, based out of Mesquite, TX (KHQZ).

Quite a capable airplane for sure. Sips gas at 5 gph in cruise. You can see the avionics are top notch. Autopilot actually holds altitude. I test flew this exact airplane while I was a student and was super impressed. And it is a great looking airplane.

I took it out in a gusty 20kt direct crosswind day last week, and even as a light sport it was surprisingly capable during those challenging conditions. You can see me crabbing here on short final right before landing. Kick the rudder and sets down nicely.
