There was a station that aired from one of the mid southern states (I think it was Alabama or Mississippi) that had a great blues music program on either Friday or Saturday night from about 8pm to midnight eastern time every week. That's all I really remember about it. Does anyone know the program I am talking about ? Or know of a similar type program .

It might be one of those religious stations. If we're talking about the same one then I like some of the music they play sometimes. This is the only of those religious stations that I like.

Anyway, the frequency is 3215 in Nashville, TN. I just tried to listen to it but reception is not all that great. I seem to have a high noise level tonight.

You might be thinking of "Last Radio Playing" at WWCR. If not, then at least LRP is worth checking out. It is an hour long show, currently broadcast at 6pm Tues 1am Sat, and 2pm Sat, Central time. It also pops up on the first Fri evening of a month, and maybe a few other times. You can get frequencies & more details at WWCR.com | Home - WWCR Shortwave, Nashville, Tennessee, USA There's a downloadable pdf of their schedule on the front page. The pdf is command-f searchable, which is handy because the schedule is pretty dense.

Yeah, WWCR broadcasts "that ol' devil music," the blues. Imagine that. Best music show on the air these days, IMHO.
