I have no idea what the dispatcher was so cranked off about but it would have helped if we could have heard the other side of the conversation. I'm not sure if he was talking to a train or the MOW foreman.

Sounded like he was talking to a track rider who said "give me the track and time in front of these trains or I will take it OOS"
