BNSF Down systemwide?

Looks like BNSF is down systemwide due to computer system failer
Ft. Madison IA and Fullerton CA no trains are running anywhere on the tracks.

Dispatcher's weren't able do do anything between 8:00 am to 10:?? am. something Pacific time.
I checked multiple web cams and everyone was stopped.
Barstow yard was stopped.

Must be using the same hardware as the UK. One transistor blows, shuts down the entire railroad. It’s like they never heard of track warrant control.
