Two more confirmations and a good general area narrowed down on another:
RX: 173.0625 (301 NAC) TX 162.7500 (325 NAC) - Very, very busy Botines Repeater in Webb County. Location: 27.80124, -99.460897
Mostly clear traffic, bodies crossing river, running back to river to get away, etc...
RX: 172.3125 (315 NAC) TX 164.2750 (307 NAC) - Very new addition to Del Rio D13 Net west of Encinal in Webb County at US 83 / SH 44 Intersection on a repurposed AT&T tower (the new one is built across the highway from it)
D13 Net now consists of:
TX: 164.2750 (307 NAC) - Input/Uplink
RX: 166.9875 (310 NAC) - Carrizo Springs
RX: 169.9375 (315 NAC) - Tordillo Ranch / Maverick SO GATRRS Tower
RX: 172.3125 (315 NAC) - Encinal (US 83/SH 44)
It seems that for the time being the El Indio tower is silent and no longer a part of D13/D14. With the expansion of the D9-D12 Nets in Maverick County along the river, it is possible that they are using the Eagle Pass towers now and making those Nets close to border only, while D13 at least is now more of a Dimmit/Zavala/North Webb Net. After checking all my logs, I haven't heard a single voice reference to D14, nor have I seen any of the old channels come alive anymore (168.0375, 168.3875) although I have weakly picked up 165.4375 (309 NAC) which used to be associated with D14 as the input a decade or so ago.
Now for the narrowed down: BEE00.4D5 Site 3.111 is definitely North Laredo, but is not on the Botines Tower. I am confident in that, and that 3.95 is Central to South Laredo based on my travel today.
I was picking up good skip earlier in the morning too, with a few new ones to me:
171.6125 (864 NAC)
168.8750 (264 NAC)
They were just P25 data bursts. 168.875 would line up with D1 or D2 net based on NAC order for Del Rio, but 171.6125 and 864 NAC don't compute with CBP. It is noted as being a USMS/Court Security associated NAC so I doubt it is CBP until I see some unit numbers.
