I've seen these cars around the waterfront in Portland. Any idea about the frequencies they are operating on ?

If you have a digital scanner you can also scan from 165-177 mhz area. chances are theyll be encrypted but ull still get a signal

Always begin searching at 162 and go thru 174 Mhz :cool:
There is life below the NWS Channels and not everyone has migrated to NTIA compliance.

for the OP - are these BP [Green] vehicles of the CBP/ICE/FPS [Blue/White] vehicles.
FPS is 400 Mhz
