Hi,
Wtih the encryption of BPD's channels 1 and 12 does anyone have this years frequencies?
MSP?, BPD?, FEDS? Stacks?

I added some additional repeater frequencies from post #48 in the above thread to see what I can pick up.

Hopefully others more knowledgeable than me will chime in.

You can listen to the Boston Police on a delay using the link below. BPD Channel 1 is labeled as "Special Event". I do not see anything for Ch. 12.

And generally, from many past years of listening to the BAA - Boston PD 1 (CW1) even tho now ENC is always patched to BAPERN West and LPS1 (MSP TRS) and NIFOG LE4 - so altho Boston 1 itself is ENC it will be CLR on the other two

Boston only agreed to share 1-6, where 2-6 are Primary Dispatch channels and 1 is Citywide for Events/Interop

Surprisingly it's more common than you think. Especially on large radio systems. Just no one around here has ever had to deal with it.

The point of patching a secure channel to a clear temporarily is to avoid keyloading users that need access to that resource. When their need for the resource is complete, patch gets taken down. Super easy.
