Anyone have an idea if AK Steel is a trunked system? If so, MOT, EDACS, LTR???

Just looking I'd say KLP673 is a trunked (I'd bet LTR, but don't know which flavor)... if you can map the repeaters, your 163 should work if it is LTR Standard. KTP668, WNDG920 and KWB903 are probably conventional... the VHF freqs are probably conventional as well.... sometimes you'll find freqs from different licenses in a single LTR (Osram Sylvani in versailles does that). let us know what you discover....
