I also noticed that, but in my experience, the licenses can be a bit misleading sometimes, so I try not to rely on them to much. Also, the implementation chart seems a bit misleading on the timeline. I doubt they will "cut over" in December, but anything is possible. I would assume they will do something like Volusia. Correct me if im wrong, but the CCs just went on the air, and they think they can get the entire county cutover in less than 6 months? It seems a bit strange to me.
As far as the frequency and site lineup, I think we will see something similar to the EDACS lineup now with 3 Simulcast cells (North, South, Beach), Or maybe they will eliminate the beach cell and incorporate it into North and South rather than one huge Countywide simulcast. But as I said, anything is possible, and since I've been monitoring Volusia, I've come to expect the unexpected. I think, for now, it is too early to tell a lot of these things, especially since the FCC licenses seem to be overlapping a bit.
