Broadcastify call hosting for beginners

I'm wondering if there is a guide somewhere that shows the needed equipment, software, etc to host on broadcastify calls platform? I am somewhat new to scanners and have a BCP436HP for listening to channels around my area.
I'm wondering what all hardware is needed (scanner, antenna, software, computer, etc) so that I am able to capture every single call from the channels in my area and then upload those to broadcastify? I live in Minnesota and our area is on the ARMER system. Here are the captured talk groups for Minnesota that I would like to somewhat capture.

Note the above link is to setup a traditional feed and not for the calls system. Calls requires a Software Defined Radio (SDR) and software to operate it such as SDRTrunk, but there is other software available. Broadcastify-Calls - The RadioReference Wiki
