My question is

why does the GRE issue effect the launch of the new site?
Do we know that it does, or are we jumping to conclusions? If RR staff are involved with GRE, I could see that it might AFFECT the launch, but not how it could EFFECT the launch.

I'm hoping to launch this afternoon/evening, but I've been bogged down in some "industry developments" which have kept me busy. So, we might not launch until tomorrow. You'll understand shortly what I mean .....

To me, I read it as, because of the GRE thing, the launch got pushed back because it "bogged" him down.

Lindsay-
Just so you know, you may want to change the misspelling of "Aircraft" on the browser header (You guys have it as "Aricraft".). :D

Ouch.. ! Where exactly is this? can you post a link?

I'm drawing a blank on the technical term of this is called, but it is on the top of the browser where it says "Broadcastify - Live Police, Fire, EMS, Aricraft, and Rail Audio Feeds" I attached a screenshot. Sorry to be the bearer of (somewhat) bad news. :)

Hearing my own feed on Broadcastify

Hope this isn't premature, but I'm hearing my own Humboldt feed on Broadcastify, at Humboldt County Fire, Law, EMS - Eureka and North Live Audio "Broadcastify" Feed. The two extra days "waiting" went by in nothing flat, and in my case it was just as well. It wasn't until last night that my ISP's techs, on their third trip out, finally found and resolved the increasingly frequent dropouts I've been suffering for the past two months. Thanks to my listeners for their patience, and welcome to the new "Broadcastify" portal.

My home 20 eating pizza.
I saw after I posted about those emails people got. Glad I wasn't alone pulling my hair out trying to figure out why it was "down". Not much time tonight to poke around on the new site and a bit bummed about the GRE news but I'll surely have it on my list for tomorrow if I don't get to it tonight.

Just popped over real quick. Love the new look. I think I may be one of the people that will be a fan. I see there's no archives yet and to log in we're still directed to radioreference for now. Am I correct that we'll use the same log in over there as we do here when it's ready or will we need to create a new one? I'm sure it's in a FAQ somewhere but it's 10 to 1 & I'm too tired to think right now.

I may be a day late/dollar short, but (at least with MY settings) the only browser showing the "Title" line along the top is Firefox. IE9 and Chrome aren't even showing the title for me. Anyway here's where I'm seeing it, and the View/Source >> Code line is shown below it.
