On the MWARA wiki page just above the listing of the NAT-A frequencies, a click-on says for further info click "here" to go to a web page at the ICAO website.
The link is broken.
I don't know how to submit this, so I started a new thread.
I tried to use the submit data form, but the submit data form requires you to list a state and country.
The MWARA frequencies are used over Oceanic areas that are NOT in any country,
