BSO dispatch repeating message

The BSO scanner feed that plays through broadcastify has been repeating an odd message for a while now. Does anyone know what it's saying or what it means? Thanks for your help! It's got me confused

what is the odd message, some of us don't use broadcastify.

I'm unable to make out all the words. It's a woman's voice and she says something that ends with Georgia.
