Really?! This hasn't been posted yet? There's an active shooter barricaded in a house in Doylestown Township, PA. Subject is an off duty police officer from Clifton, NJ. It was active on the feeds up until just a few minutes ago. It might still be, but I havent heard any traffic for several minutes now.

As of right now (7PM Eastern) it is still ongoing. They appear to have switched operations from Tac-3 to Tac-2, most likely so the internet feed could no longer broadcast it. They also mentioned a "Cert-22" channel for comms, but I can't figure out what channel that is. It may be on the OpenSky system, though. The guy is reported to have a 360 degree vantage for shooting, and has an arsenal in the house with over 1000 rounds available. It's going to be a prolonged operation, to say the least. And to add to the mix, there was a report of 2 children home alone in a basement down the street and the parents wanted PD to go get them.

Bucks may have needed MontCo's armored vehicle because the shooter (reportedly) took out the tires and the camera on an armored vehicle, perhaps Bucks'. Either way not good, perhaps worse. John Egland's murder spree during Hurricane Irene put a combat vet against multiple police and SWAT personnel, with some crossover between tactics. This puts a police officer, specialities unknown, against other police officers, with even more possibility for the shooter knowing what moves are likely on the part of the law enforcement personnel on scene.

Still ongoing at 10:30pm eastern time. Not much in the way of radio traffic. Sounds like they are just waiting him out or trying to negotiate a resolution with him. I haven't heard anything about gunfire since about 4pm...

Actually the tires and camera were shot out well after the Montgomery Co Bearcat had arrived...at least that's when the damage report was relayed, it might have happened prior and they hadn't had a chance to assess it yet.

I have very credible information that the police officer from Sunday's standoff in Doylestown, Richard Klementovich, is under 24 hour suicide watch at Bucks County Prison. He is also in protective custody due to being a former law enforcement officer.
