Buena Borough, Not transmitting on Frequencies

Can anybody tell me what happened to Buena Borough, Police they are not Transmitting on their frequencies.
Buena is in Atlantic County, NJ however, Gloucester County Dispatches them, I use to listen to them with my Pro-106 with updated Firmware as follows;
uP App Ver:RU2.1
DSP App Ver:RU1.4
DSP Vocver RF:1.0
I stopped hearing them around 4/26/2016...
will I have to buy the BCD436HP? in order to listen to them? please help.....

There is a very good chance that they are now on the Gloucester County TRS, along with all the other LE agencies in the county itself.

If they did, it's 100% encrypted.

Looks like they might be on GCPD Zone 8 - Newfield, Franklin, Elk, Buena Vista
