I moved just moved into a new house and I can always hear people talking, I was wondering if anyone know how to tap into audio like that with a scanner.. I did find one camera in my house and it was set at 60hz..

Are you able to pinpoint where in the house the voices are coming from? Please be more specific.

Also, the 60Hz refers most likely to AC power, not a transmit or receive frequency.

Can you post a picture of this camera and where it was located in your house?

Flew in with there black helicopter using psy ops and listening devices with microphone on high frequency. Or could be that the RFID chip inserted during the influenza vaccine propagating through the conductive capacitor that the landlord installed in the ceiling which interferes with the microphone at 60Hz to the microchip.

Was just going to say the same...I bet it would have trouble transmitting at 60hz over all the AC hum!
