when will this feed be active... why would it be blue on the map but there is not an active feed?

This feed has not been active on the police channel for months. Fire still works sometimes. I sent in an email about it and got something back about the channel switch recently. It was down before that. Who knows.

I would be happy to host a new feed... but I don't have a Windows PC to host the software on, nor a dedicated scanner (YET! It's in the works!). Is there Mac hosting software?
