Bus company??

Getting either a bus company or so[me kind of transportation company on 155.700 with a PL of 203.5 which is very weird. Saying bus 245 haven't been able to pick off a street yet. The more I listen the more I'm sure of it

VHF is wide open this am, so it could be anywhere on the East Coast at this time.

I'm getting Coast Guard sectors up and down the coast that I would never normally hear from just south of Trenton, New Jersey on the Delaware River.
