Today I uploaded the latest DB update into my HP II and gave Site 8 - Transit South a whirl in the Trunked System Analyzer and indeed only Transit talkgroup id's and radio id's show up.

Yesterday while northbound on the Deerfoot over the Calf Robe, I got a CC bleeding over onto a CFD 800 MHz simplex frequency that's in my scanner (in the 856 MHz range). I get similar bleedover on Stoney next to Spy Hill where the AFRRCS and CMRN towers are. I am thinking maybe there might be something worth looking at in Bonnybrook or Alyth. If my cards come up right tomorrow I'll give the area a drive-through (I was busy today Christmas shopping elsewhere).

There are licenses in IC records (TAFL) for some of the freqs, in the various tunnels and maintenance shops, but then again there are licenses for the existing system freqs in those areas too, so that's not much of a telltale sign.

For what it's worth and it may have nothing to do with this, but there was a new tower erected on the east side of Ogden Road just a few meters south of intersection of Ogden Road and Millican Road. This is just across Ogden Road from where a LRT station on the Green Line is supposed to go in. I did see a tower listed on the cellphone map as Telus transceivers at N50.9953 W114.0023. Other than seeing the tower haven't paid any more attention to it. When I look at google maps the tower is closer to N50.5973, W114.023. The 852.5875 is not related to that tower as the signal strength in the area of the tower is weak so it is probably closer to SHC or area.

Would you believe site 8 is on the Campus? Just confirmed it with RF Power Plot on my 436 in the truck.

Can you try Unitrunker on site 7 and see if there's any transit on there?

Spent a little time near the tower I mentioned above and did not get any hits on AFRRCS or CMRN which I kind of suspected. Didn't look at the 1 and 2 G cellular frequencies. In the 856 range I did pick up the News Talk 77 traffic reporter on 856.4625 and was the only hit in that range but only listening for about an hour,
