Yes, skip on an 858 MHz frequency would be pretty tough on all the users below that frequency. In fact, it sounds a bit like an apocalyptic scenario to me.Definitely not Mt. Bullion from Sonoma County in the Bay Area. That would be a WIDE open skip if it was!!

It isn't UC. There have been several attempts to 'give back' that frequency over the years, but the home office just keeps renewing it.
The license shows the University of California, if "it isn't UC," who is it? Whose home office keeps renewing it?
