Can someone help me program EDACS on the 500?

I was wondering if someone would please take the time to post step by step how to program EDACS into the 500.

I think I did it right but I am not 100% sure. The reason I ask is that it seems to search the trucked frequencies but when I hit manual on a stored talkgroup the talkgroup seems like it has an open carrier at the end of the transmission that does not unkey. Also I hear the end tones very very faintly at the end of the transmission. Also I thought I'd program the BC296D with the frequencies under Site 04 below just in scan mode rather than Trunk Mode to see if the 500 would miss anything and did notice that there was morse code on 09 854.93750 that the 500 missed.

I have noticed that will also stick on a talk group and the sound once its stuck sounds like the mic is open, however you can hear the talk group talking through the open carrier. An example is like when 2 units key up at the same time on a repeater.

The 500 will stick on the talk group until scan is pressed again.
