Cannot pick up CHP Bronze in east bay?

Interesting, I thought it would involve multiple ICs for processing. Seems like a pretty analog way doing it.

By the way anyone have the specs / drawings on the NMO standards? I figured that building a motorized base myself might be the fastest way.

Quick update. The dupluxer doesn't work as expected. It introduces too much noise into the system and I can pick neither EBRCS nor CHP after installing it.

I am noticing the same thing on my Home Patrol II and BCD 436 that for some unknown reason I am not picking up Oakland CHP (Bronze).

I heard CHP Oakland was using a different transmitter site recently, not sure if that's still the case.
