I just paid to upgrade to a premium sub and i am using win 500 30 day trial and it wont connect to the rr database to import freqeuncies do i have to upgrade win500 to the full version to be able to web import?

You probably just need to download the latest version. Some changes were made in the database that required some changes in the software.
i did i downloaded v01.92 isnt that the lastest version don starrs website said it was
