ARC500: Can't connect to RRDB

I'm trying to update an ARC500 file and can't connect to the RRDB.

I get an error message that says "INIT not ok, can't read user data."

I tried ARC536 as well and got the same error message. Is there a problem with the RRDB or is it something else?

My Premium Subscription is up to date.

I think there is something wonky with the database at the moment. It is only partially showing up and what does show up appears to have a whole bunch of HTML stuff with it or something.
