If they're running the newer Minitor V pagers, it's likely that they will use a DCS coded transmission.

As long as the scanner supports DCS tones, and you have the right ones programmed, yes. It shouldn't be a problem. They may have also updated their frequencies, so check that before you head out to buy new equipment.
