Berthoud Fire, Thompson Valley EMS, and Loveland Dive Rescue enroute to Carter Lake area on a vehicle that rolled into the lake. Larimer County Dispatch advising Loveland Dispatch that the vehicle is still occupied and water is coming into the vehicle.

Operating on Loveland Fire Talkgroup 3.

20:23 - Larimer Emergency Services Notified, two Larimer Deputies enroute, no Park Rangers enroute.
20:25 - Larimer County advising that caller's cell phone is going to voicemail immediately. Caller said Carter Lake but GPS put the call further east.
20:33 - Vehicle supposed to be occupied by a male and possibly with a 5 year old child.
20:42 - Not able to find anything in the Carter Lake Area. Cell phone ping showing as area of HWY 60 and Weld County Road 1. Sending units to that area to check. Fire units advising that it might be "Oklahoma Lake" in the area of County Road 60 and County Road 1.
20:50 - TVEMS Clearing.
21:04 - Oklahoma Lake cleared by Loveland Training 1...still lots of confusion on exact location. Weld County re-listened to call and male said that he was test driving a car, blew a tire and went into Carter Lake. Phase 2 wireless showed Hwy 56 and CR 1.
21:09 - King GMC called and husband did not return with new car he was test driving. Last known area was Sherwood Lane in the area of Weld CR 15. Looking for a Black 2007 Cadillac Escalade.
21:14 - King GMC attempting to see if the vehicle is equipped with OnStar
21:16 - No go on OnStar.
21:22 - Wife calling from Carter Lake Dam 2 and is advising that she can see lights in the distance that are flashing but doesn't know how to get to it. FD asking for county units to check on that.
21:38 - FIT heading up to Carter to check a couple more areas. Other units clearing and/or going available and monitoring until more concrete information becomes available. Johnstown PD/FD checked several bodies of water in the area also...UTL.
21:55 - LCSO with the family. No additional information at this time. So far all units are UTL.
21:56 - Unknown now if the child was with the driver. Possibility that this could be "something else" and a matter for Law to handle. Doing the "Call Dispatch For More Information" technique.
22:01 - Checking one or two last places and FD units will be clearing and going available. Doing an SOP cancel page (this is something new...).
