Well it looks like all of Cass County Sheriff and Fargo City PD is all encrypted or did they just switch channels again? I was picking them up well all the way through the beginning of March of this year and now I can't hear a thing from them. Anyone else able to hear them? I am using the bcd436hp

I'll be taking a rail fanning trip up there in a few weeks, I'll verify.
They are using the ARMER System with full time encryption, they are also patched to their VHF system as well encrypted. Fire and EMS is still in the clear there. Moorhead and Clay on the other side of the River is in the clear.
