CCTC4, what unit is this?

There's a 962 involving a bicycle at 3000 W. Van Buren St.
The units currently on scene at 11:45pm, are CCTC4 and Phoenix PD.
I'm just wondering what CCTC4 is?

Oh, ok. I didn't even consider that Central City might be on scene, as the incident wasn't being worked on K-2 where you'd usually find them. Thank you.
