Central Frontenac 154.65

Various times this year, I've head the output of the Central Frontenac Fire repeater activating the input of the Hillsboro County Police repeater here in NH.
I finally could make out a clear address and figured it out.
Now I'm curious if this is a simulcast of a trunking TG or a pure VHF repeater.
I don't recall hearing it before this year, is it new?

This is a standard VHF repeater on 154.650. Uses input frequency of 159.120 and tone of 146.2

Shows an in service date of 2018. This hot weather has been great for long distance DX.
