I am attempting to get this working on my Uniden SDS100. I have followed the instructions but it is only working on P25 ADP. I also have DES and AES CFT file loaded but those are not working. On startup, it shows Uniden Bearcat Scanner, next screen
Copyright 2018, Uniden America Corp., OpenScanner 1.99.45.
Firmware Version Main: Main 1.24.00 Sub: Version 1.03.15.
Looking for some guidance please.

I have already done that with no luck and I also sent a couple of DM's on here after some research and they suggested to ask in the forums.

If P25 ADP are working you are doing the right thing. Just enter the frequency (for trunked all voice ch) and encrypt key and nothing else.
Only 2 minutes of decryption will work and then scanner needs to be rebooted and no-licensed will work for a total of up to 2 hours.
Start a debug logfile and read the .md text files how to read the log.

I was told on the Telegram channel that I did not need to enter all the voice channels. I thought I just need to enter the keys and also the Key ID? My scanner stops on the encrypted tg when I do a ptt on the encrypted tg and the voice is garbled/encrypted.

Pretty sure you need to enter all frequencies. Also, the more info you enter the better chance it has to decode (such as NAC, CC, frequency, etc...).

Enter all voice frequencies one by one and don't use any keyId, don't add anything except frequency and the decryption key.

When scanning stops, or trunked control channel sends the scanner to a voice frequency, it tries and match the frequency with the Alice file and then continues with the other values like TG value and so on, so always try to use frequency as the only option.

Ok, so I would need to enter 20 frequencies which would be rows in the software and the author advises the demo version of the firmware supports only the first 5 encryption rows.

Put in the most used frequencies to see that those work and then pay the small license fee to JD to remove all restrictions.
