Chambers County/Valley Fire

Recently I have monitored fire and EMS radio traffic on both these listed frequencies in the RR Database:

464.275 (162.2) - listed as "EMA 3"
155.1225 (??) - listed as City of Valley DPW

Can anyone help identify whether either of these frequencies are assigned to a Fire/EMS agency? If so, do you know the correct PL/DPL tone?

464.275 (162.2) - listed as "EMA 3": Emergency Management frequencies are typically used countywide and not assigned to a particular Fire/EMS agency, but rather licensed to the county
155.1225 (??) - listed as City of Valley DPW: This is a public works frequency. Maybe the city's fire department uses it as a fireground channel?

If so, do you know the correct PL/DPL tone?

If no tone is listed in the DB and none comes up on your scanner when you listen to it there's a good chance it may be CSQ (no tone used)

Earlier this week, I traveled to Valley (AL) to visit the HQ (Station #1) of the East Alabama Fire Department. I learned a few things about their department:
1. They are THE fire department for the City of Valley
2. They operate out of three (3) stations, two (2) of which are manned - #1 and #3. Station #1 is HQ and is located on Fob James Blvd, near its intersection with US29. Station #3 is located off US29 south of Valley near Fairfax Drugstore.
3. They recently received two (2) identical 2019 Pierce Enforcer 1500/750 engines. They are assigned as E1 and E3 and are painted yellow and black.
4. Their dispatch frequency is: 155.1225 with a PL tone of 88.5.
